What fees are on this site?
Transactional funding is 1% of the amount funded for a same-day close and 2% when the B-C resale closes within 7 calendar days. That schedule is not a quote for your file. Fix and flip and private money are priced with the file. Your closer handles title fees, transfer taxes, and recording charges.
Is this an offer of securities?
