This is a business-purpose request on investment property. It is not a loan on a home the borrower will live in. I understand a request is not a commitment to lend.

What does sending the form mean?

Does sending a request mean I am approved?

Sending a request starts the file. It is not an approval. Every loan is subject to underwriting and approval.

Which states do you lend in?

Open the states page and look for Yes. The request form accepts every Yes state, including Missouri and Kansas. A No means Brittco does not lend there.
