Tell us the property state, the amount, and both closing dates. Every state marked Yes can continue.
Where do the contracts go?
Upload the A-B and B-C contracts, entity documents, and ID in the borrower portal.
Who confirms the wire sequence?
We confirm wiring and the order of disbursement with your title company or closing attorney. See the closer page.
When is the loan repaid?
We wire the A-B purchase. The resale repays the loan. Same-day is 1%. Within 7 calendar days is 2%.
What is the borrower portal for?
The portal is where the file moves after the request: contract uploads, status, and the application. Sign in at the borrower login.
