How do you request funding from Brittco?
Open Request Funding, enter the property state, the amount, and the two closing dates, and confirm the loan is for investment property. Every state marked Yes continues to the lending portal or to email. Same-day funding is 1%. A resale within 7 calendar days is 2%.
What does the form check first?
It checks the property state. Every state marked Yes on the states page can continue, including Missouri and Kansas. States where Brittco does not lend stop on the form, with a short explanation. Sending the form starts the file.
What happens after a state is accepted?
Continue to the lending portal, which receives the details in the link, or email the request to john@brittcocapital.com. For a transactional request inside the window, the form shows the 1% or 2% estimate before you send it.
What should you have ready next?
Both contracts, a photo ID, entity documents if an entity is buying, and the closer’s wiring instructions. The portal is where those uploads belong. From there we coordinate the wire with your closer.
