What are Brittco’s private money and bridge loans?

A private money loan is a short-term, asset-based loan for buying or carrying investment property. A bridge loan covers the time until a later sale or refinance. Send the property and the purpose, and we price that file with you.

How are they different from transactional funding?

Transactional funding is built around an A-B purchase and a B-C resale, the same day at 1% or within 7 calendar days at 2%. Private money and bridge loans cover a longer hold. Send the property and we price that file with you.

How do you get a number for a property?

Send the address, the amount, and the exit through Request Funding. We price the rate, the term, and the points with that file. The percentage card on the rest of the site stays with transactional funding.

Who can ask for one?

Investors with a business-purpose request on investment property, in a state marked Yes. Read the private money page, then send the property.

Where should you go next?

Have a double close on the calendar?

Send the property, the amount, and the two closing dates. Same-day is 1%. Within 7 calendar days is 2%.
